I designed this Prop Up collection for Ztahl by Dijkos.

Prop-up means to stop (something) from falling or slipping by placing something underneath it.

Normaly the light source (LED or lightbulb)  is used to light up the fixture. The light source is most of the time hidden away, and severs as a tool to make the fixtere more intresting. Although with the LED light globes these days, the LED in intself is already a beautiful piece. I wanted to change this principle, and design a fixture to exclusively Prop Up the LED globe instead of the other way around.

The Prop Up Light series are handmade in Holland from metal or stainless steel. powdercoated in black, white. Or any other RAL color in request.
